We are looking for a brilliant Senior Sales Account with at least five (5) years of experience in this role and who will be responsible for the following activities:

Responsiblites
  • Ownership of the full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Establish lasting relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Foster new relationships for EnGo through outbound efforts
  • Identify customer needs and collaborate with EnGO teammates to ensure customer success with special emphasis on signup, upgrade, and renewal
  • Initiate, negotiate and close new and renewal contracts with customers
  • Communicate and organize/escalate issues appropriately including: billing, legal, security, onboarding, and technical inquiries
  • Provide recommendations and educate customers on new features and releases
  • Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends and through market analysis
  • Conduct periodic customer health-checks with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas adopting Agile methodologies
Requirements
  • 5+ years proven experience as Enterprise Account Executive experience
  • Experience selling Enterprise Software; ideally, Cloud focused solutions
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, Google Workspace, AWS, Azure services
  • Strong track record of navigating within large and mid-market organizations
  • Ability in contacts management using CRM
  • Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts and ability to articulate complex solutions and map them on to customers’ needs, presenting demos of products and services (online and in person)
  • Ability to create reports and dashboards
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization
  • Excellent presentation abilities and composure in front of all levels of technical and business customers or prospects
  • Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes
  • Good English level, both written and spoken (>=B2)
Nice to have
  • Bachelor or higher degree preferred in a relevant field
  • Good knowledge of the Agile methodology and Scrum Framework
